Le Sloptimisme (2025) is a sculpture containing a Raspberry Pi programmed to generate text using LLMs and images using text-to-image generation. This content is saved to an archive which the system draws from to randomly pair images with pieces of text, displaying the resulting meme-like graphics every ten seconds. All processes are carried out locally on the Raspberry Pi. As the sculpture remains powered on its archive expands, producing increasingly varied combinations.
